Seller Terms
Every deal runs the same way. This is what we buy, how we pay, how to ship, and what happens if a pair doesn't pass.
What we buy
Brand new pairs only. Deadstock, unworn, never tried on. Original box in good condition, all original accessories. No yellowing, creasing, glue stains, or discoloration. If a pair doesn't meet this, tell us in your submission and we'll price it accordingly or leave it out.
Offers
One firm number for the whole lot, sent the same day. Offers are valid for 48 hours. If your list changes after an offer, we re-price the whole lot.
Payment
Paid within 24 hours of delivery. Every pair is verified the day it arrives and paid the same day by Zelle, PayPal, or wire. We don't deduct shipping, fees, or processing. You receive the full offered amount.
Shipping
We send a prepaid label once you accept. You never pay to ship. Ship within 3 business days of accepting. Before sealing each box, photograph the pairs and the shipping label together in one frame and send us the photo. Keep your drop-off receipt until the deal is closed.
Authentication
Every pair is authenticated on arrival by our team, with verification through leading marketplace partners and industry-standard tooling.
If a pair doesn't pass
Offers assume every pair is authentic and matches what was submitted. A pair that fails authentication, or arrives that wasn't on your list, is removed from the payout and returned to you at our cost. Everything else is paid as offered.
Upfront is a DBA of Kream Supply LLC. Submitting a list through sellupfront.com is agreement to these terms.
